Feature:

1. Working voltage 5.5V~24V
2. Output current: 12A working current (maximum current up to 30A)
3. Compatible with 3V input
4. PWM frequency up to 20Khz, can drive ultrasonic and silent motor
5. The current sensor is proportionally output according to the motor current (140mV/A, and only works when the H-bridge is driven)
6. The motor indicates the LED light, which indicates the output status when there is no motor connection.

Upper and lower bridge thermal shutdown

Circuit connection:
 
The following figure shows how to connect the motor drive module with the ARDUNIO NANO module. First download the test routine from NANO, connect it as shown below, and power up to control the DC motor forward and reverse.
