Descriptipn:
 
This digital tube display can be connected with the domestic PLC produced  PLCs ,which can replace the touch screen and text on small equipment, and has a very high price ratio. . In many projects, it can also replace the development of single-chip microcomputers, with short development cycle, mature circuit, stable and reliable. You can also use our digital display board to take the board, generation counter, timer, flexible programming of PLC according to your own place of use to adapt to different requirements, avoiding the general-purpose counters on the market, the timer is not flexible during use. 
 
Work Mode:
 
1. Main mode:
    On power-on, it enters the main mode. In this mode, the upper row of digital tubes displays the value of D110. The lower row of digital tubes displays the value of D114. The button switch controls the closing and opening of the corresponding intermediate relay (M). The indicator light is based on the internal intermediate relay. (M) is closed and opened to control the on and off.
2. Input parameter mode:
    Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the parameter mode. In the parameter mode, you can change the value of the data register D200. The above row of digital tubes (double-row digital tube) or the left two-digit digital tube (single-row digital tube) The board is used to display the number of the data register to be changed. Press the upper triangle key (increase) to change it by pressing the triangle key (decrease). When changing, the value read will be in the lower row of digital tubes (double row digital tube) The board or the 4-digit digital tube on the right (the board of the single-row digital tube) is displayed, and the UP button and DOWN can also be used to change the value.After changing the value, press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the main mode.
 
Parameters:
 
1.Relationship between button to PLC internal relay:
  SET to M170
  Triangular button to M171
  UP to M172
  DOWN to M173
PS:When the button is pressed (such as UP), the corresponding PLC internal relay (such as M172) is closed. When the button is released, the corresponding PLC internal relay is disconnected. Note: In the main mode, press the SET button to operate in the same way as the other 3 buttons. When the button is pressed for 3 seconds, the M170 is always closed.
 
2. Relationship between indicator light number to PLC internal relay:
  0 to M160
  1 to M161
  2 to M162
  3 to M163
PS:When the internal intermediate relay is closed (such as M160), the corresponding | indicator will light (such as O), and when the internal intermediate relay is disconnected, the corresponding indicator will be off. When the value of the internal data register D110 is always displayed in the main mode, the number of the data register to be changed displayed when the parameter mode is set
 
3. Relationship between Upper row of digital tubes number to PLC internal relay:
  0-999999 to D110
  the decimal number to D112
  Adjustable number of data memories to D113
 
4. Relationship between lower row of digital tubes number to PLC internal relay:
  0-999999 to D114
  the decimal number to D116
  Adjustable number of data memories to D117
