3.2" TFT LCD Display is a LCD touch screen module. It has 40pins interface and SD card and Flash reader design. It is a powerful and multifunctional module for your project. The Screen include a controller SSD1289, it's a support 8/16bit data interface , easy to drive by many MCU like STM32 ,AVR and 8051. It is designed with a touch controller in it . The touch IC is ADS7843 , and touch interface is included in the 40 pins breakout. It is the version of product only with touch screen and touch controller.

Features:
You can drive TFT LCD in a much faster speed using 84Mhz Ardiuno DUE. The shield is designed to fit two types of LCD:
1. 40pin version LCD which is commonly used in previous version of TFT Mega shield for Arduino MEGA 2560
2. 32pin version LCD which is commonly used in STM32 development board. (unsoldered)
The shield route all the LCD data pins to port PC1-PC8 and PC12-19, control pins to PD0-PD3, this design can acheive high speed data transfer (three cycles per write strobe to the LCD) to maximize LCD display speed. The SPI interface (for SD or flash control) is route to the ISP header of arduino DUE, so that high speed SPI transfer with DMA can be achieved.
